The JPF National Executive Team, consisting of the Operations Committee, Policy Committee, Educational Committee, and Marketing Committee, is a dedicated group of passionate individuals committed to driving our mission forward through innovative environmental advocacy and impactful projects.
Divyansh Agarwal: Founder/CEO
Divyansh Agrawal is a rising junior at Dublin High School and is the founder of the Junior Philanthropists Foundation. Serving as the secretary of the Dublin Mayor’s Council and a member of the Alameda County Board of Education Youth Advisory Committee, Divyansh has managed significant projects and advocated for health, wellness, and environmental sustainability. Laila Ali: Chief Collegiate Officer
Laila Ali is an incoming freshman at Stanford University who plans to major in Political Science. As an intern for both the Mayor of Modesto and California Assemblymember Juan Alanis, Laila has passionately represented her community by advocating for local issues, engaging in policy research, and assisting in the development of legislative initiatives. Her dedication to public service and commitment to fostering civic engagement fuel her goal of inspiring meaningful change.
Ronit Peswani: Chief Technology Officer
Ronit Peswani is a junior at Dublin High School who is interested in environmental sustainability, business, and data science. He is the current Dublin Unified School District Student Board Representative and represents about 4,000 students. He's also on the Varsity Waterpolo team at Dublin High.
Zoya Nomani is a rising senior at Dublin High School. She has been actively engaged in her Dublin community through her participation in athletics, leadership roles, and various service projects. With a strong passion for data science, Zoya plans to pursue a career in this field in the near future.

Prabhav Vadlamudi
Prabhav is a junior at Shrewsbury High School in Massachusetts. He currently serves as the Vice President of his class and is an avid debater helping him gain his passion for leadership and pushing for change through policy. With his experience with volunteering for local farms as well as experience with local environmental organizations, Prabhav found his profound love and interest in the environment and is dedicated to make meaningful change.
Zara Nesar
Zara Nesar is a junior at Amador Valley High School. Through serving as her school’s Class President, Intern for the TurnUp Activism organization, Representative for Congressman Eric Swalwell’s Youth Council, and various other leadership positions, she’s able to exercise her deep passions for community wellness, civic engagement, and grassroots lobbying. Through her work with the JPF, she hopes to shine light on the injustices we subject the planet to, and empower our generation to become legislatively involved for the future of our environment and youth.
Megha Magdula
Megha is a sophomore at Notre Dame High School, San José, who is passionate about law, economics, and public policy. She is in several leadership roles in various policy organizations, working to engage her community and elevate young voices through experiences in nonprofit financing and policy research. She believes that involving young voices is essential to drive meaningful change.
Ishita Shah is a junior from Missouri with a strong passion for environmental advocacy and creative design. As the founder of the Girls Who Code chapter at Marquette High School, she actively empowers young women to explore STEM fields. Combining her artistic talents with her love for technology, Ishita plans to pursue a future in computer science, where she hopes to contribute to solutions that benefit both society and the environment.

Ananya Menon
Ananya Menon is a junior attending Dublin High School, and is extremely passionate about psychology and neuroscience, specifically mechanisms of ALS and spinal cord injury. As a CDPH certified nursing assistant, and the vice president of the Dublin High School Medical Explorers Club, Ananya hopes to contribute to a change in the field of medicine in the near future.
Kavya Srivastava is a junior at Dublin High School. As a co-founder of the cybersecurity education organization, Cyber-Ed, she has gained leadership skills and a passion for giving back to the community. In addition to this, Kavya serves as the Curriculum Lead for Dublin Youth Robotics, where they design engaging STEM education programs to inspire younger generations. These leadership roles have helped her develop a deep sense of responsibility toward fostering sustainable solutions for the future. Having always been passionate about the environment, Kavya believes that technology and education are vital tools for addressing climate change and environmental challenges.

Vedanth Prabhu, a rising senior at Dublin High School, has a keen interest in psychology and philosophy and their applications to environmental issues. He is passionate about understanding how mental processes intersect with environmental challenges, aiming to contribute to solutions that promote both mental well-being and environmental sustainability. Vedanth is enthusiastic about joining the Junior Philanthropists Foundation, where he will leverage his interests and passion to support its mission of environmental advocacy and policy.

Shreyanshi Porecha, a rising high school junior concurrently attending middle college at Las Positas College, is passionate about sustainable fashion, policy influence, and aesthetics. With strong business skills honed through her involvement in DECA, she effectively combines creativity with strategic thinking. As a licensed TEDx organizer, Shreyanshi challenges norms and empowers young people. She is deeply involved in her community through her service on various councils and participation in multiple volunteer programs.

Sophia Hyunh
Sophia Hyunh is a junior at Amador Valley High School who is interested in social media marketing, the environment, and her community. She is actively involved in her school and city community through the Amador valley volleyball team, clubs and organizations, such as American Red Cross and Local Leaders, and volunteering at the local animal shelter. As a two-year member of DECA, Sophia develops her passion for marketing using her skills of creativity, strategic planning, and communication.
Zachary Hayes, a Freshman studying Environmental Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin, is passionate about corporate sustainability and energy reform. With strong logistical skills demonstrated through his work recycling tennis balls with his school’s tennis team, organizing philanthropy for the Southwest University Residence Halls’ Conference, and furthering his interests in other places on-campus, he is excited to support Junior Philanthropists Foundation in their mission.

Akhil Nimmagadda is a junior at Lynbrook High School and is interested in computer science, data science, and environmental science. In his free time, he loves to work on projects and participate in hackathons to apply his knowledge to the real world. Some additional hobbies Akhil enjoys are video editing and content creation.

Aviva Iyerkhan is a junior at Lynbrook High School. She is interested in biochemistry believes that STEM education is extremely important to the world. With experience in marketing, developing, teaching, and leading various STEM courses/projects, Junior Philanthropists Foundation allows her to utilize her skills to make a larger impact to the world’s environmental awareness and education.

Tarini Panidepu is a first year at the University of Florida pursuing a political science degree on the pre law path. She is passionate about making a positive impact on the world and applying her extensive skills in the world of policy-making and advocacy. Currently, she is a member of the Education Team working on curating a curriculum on environmental education in the DRC.

Maya Gowda is a sophomore at Cornell University and is the Founder & President of a global climate literacy program, Students for Environmental Education & Discovery (SEED). Maya is passionate about climate literacy and climate health. Through the Junior Philanthropists Foundation, Maya hopes to continue advocacy work for environmental education.
